[1] The office represents individuals in the citizenship process before the Immigration Authorities. Our attorneys assist individuals in familiarizing them with the interview process, the application of the law based on their case, and more importantly, the strategy to pursue during the interview in order to obtain positive results.
The Office prepares and registers the application with the Immigration Authorities, prepares and accompanies the client to the citizenship interview. Upon approval of the application, the client is called to take the oath in a separate ceremony.
